Perel Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping rates
Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $4.99 for orders under $54.99.
Free Shipping (5–8 business days): free for orders of $54.99 and up.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from the ship date. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we're not able to redirect packages once they've shipped.

Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact us right away at shopperel.help@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
