Perel 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your Perel LumiMist Brush. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. To be eligible, your item should be in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging and your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned. Promotional pricing does not affect your 30-day money-back guarantee.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. To start a return, email us at shopperel.help@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
